Killen's Smash Repairs is a family owned business and is New England and Armidale's longest serving smash repairer. Established over forty years ago by Paul and Gwen Killen in 1970, the business is now operated by their son, Michael Killen and overseen by Gwen. Killen’s is proud to remain a family business and has developed into the largest repairer in the Northwest/ New England area.Today, the 3800m2 site has a large workshop, a paint shop containing two spray booths and prep bays, a second structural repair workshop, a detailing bay, a parts storage area and a spacious reception. The workshop is equipped with some of the most up-to-date equipment and technology and is constantly evolving. Staff are regularly trained in using new equipment and in the development of new and more effective techniques and processes. Killen’s is also the only body shop in country NSW that has Green Stamp Accreditation “beyond compliance”.
