    We had a dream to install some form of swimming apparatus that would meet our needs for exercise and pleasure now and as we grow older. After much research we decided that a Swim-Spa would be ideal. From the moment we contacted Just Spas of Wollongong, we felt that we were on the right track. After a visit to Finna and Joe's showroom, we were left in no doubt that we would be getting something special. Finna was tireless in her explanations of the benefits of the Swim-Spa and the demonstrations convinced us that we had made the right choice. Whatever question we threw at Finna (and we had many), she answered or checked for us. This was a big investment and Finna was very upfront about this. She asked us questions about the site we felt was suitable for the Swim-Spa. The fact that we are in the NSW Southern Highlands was not a problem for Finna, in terms of technical support and follow up. We were given suggestions and options that put us at ease. Finna also visited our home to inspect and assess the site we had chosen. The explanation of the timeline from ordering to installation was exactly as Finna said. There was definitely a strong and healthy relationship between the show-room team, the construction company, delivery personnel and technical support. To cut a good story short, the Swim-Spa was delivered on time (as promised) and has given us hours of pleasure and healthy exercise. We both can swim against the jet stream, as well as engage in a myriad of water aerobic exercises that just need a good imagination. The spa is so easy to relax in and the touch-pad is straightforward and easy to follow. Finna and Joe visited us to do the final hand-over and they were delighted with the landscaping we did so that the Swim-Spa looked polished and in place! Thanks again Finna and Joe for your professionalism, courtesy, and generosity of spirit. We continue to recommend your product and your business - Just Spas, Wollongong. Michael & Edmund
